Headline: Ubuntu LEB contains the linux-linaro kernel 2011.07, including the additional Ubuntu sauce on top, available for both stable and development images.
Acceptance: Kernel build with CI, making sure at least one kernel update per week is done (can be done manually for now or automated by daily/weekly builds at a PPA). Kernel available at the Overlay (at least for Natty) and integrated by the upstream based hwpacks.
