Integrate glmark2 2011.08 into Ubuntu/LEB

Integrate glmark2 11.08 release at the Ubuntu/LEB Overlay PPA.

Make sure it works properly against the stable release (Natty based), and if possible, also make it available for the Overlay Oneiric series or Ubuntu Oneiric itself (preferred).

Headline: Ubuntu LEB 11.08 contains the glmark2 2011.08 release, available at the Overlay PPA.
Acceptance: Installing the panda-x11-base hwpack on top of the ubuntu-desktop rootfs, being able to install glmark2 and run it against the PVR SGX driver.
