Merge Enablement Test Cases at lava-tests

 * WIFI enablement
 * Basic graphics
 * Bluetooth enablement
 * USB host enablement

Make sure the test cases are all enabled and merged at lava-tests, and that LAVA can run the tests by matching the correct tags.
