Headline: Live-build now supports using linaro-media-create as part of image creation to now directly output to SD card or dd-able image file.
Acceptance: With extension to lb confi, live-build can optionally use linaro-media-create to producing a valid image copied to SD card or to a dd'able image file. The image must be tested and work like any other image created by the sum of both steps.
