Whiteboard
User Stories:
1. As a developer I want to try out the latest Linaro kernel on a Panda board. I'm comfortable with git and have access to git.linaro.org.
2. As a developer I want the latest Linaro kernel but I don't care to use git and besides is behind a firewall that does not allow git access.
3. As a platform developer I want to integrate the monthly released kernel into the Ubuntu LEB hwpacks.
4. As a developer and user I want a kernel with extra SOC functionality, and would be fine to use the landing team kernel (BSP).
