Enable sound support with Alsa UCM at LEB Panda

Currently LEB Panda is using the TILT kernel as base, but unfortunately the sound is still not working by default as the rootfs is lacking proper Alsa UCM support, making Pulseaudio crazy (check bug #816638).
This Blueprint is to make sure this bug is properly solved, by working together with TILT and MWG.
