Customize the Ubuntu LEB images to provide a visual Linaro identity

Currently there's no easy way for our users to easily see that they are running an Ubuntu LEB image instead of the Ubuntu vanilla. We should create and enable a Linaro visual identity since the boot, by customizing plymouth and the default background.
