Upstream crosstool-NG aarch64 support
for Linaro Toolchain Binaries
We're holding the aarch64 support in the Linaro crosstool-NG branch. Finish the job by upstreaming.
Note that upstream has recently added arbitrary version support for some libraries which can replace the hacks for random versions in config/.
