Prepare big.LITTLE IKS testing code to distribute to members
Some members have asked for the big.LITTLE IKS testing code for their use.
A quick cleanup and preparation for the git tree is needed.

[nkambo 15 April 2013] cleaning up hard coded values and making test code to detect number of cpus in run time.
[nkambo 17 April 2013] got comments from nico to have cluster status verification code in side the bl-agitator. currently working on this.

From the big.LITTLE system monday sync up meeting,
we have a new requirement to detect cpu topology in run time, when project has decided to boot on to A7. To track this activity I have created a new bug. which can be addressed in next cycle.
