OpenEmbedded expand the test coverage to match all major engineering build features

This BP is created to explore and track the new test cases to match all the Linaro engineering build features.

Work packages:
[1] Explore potential new test cases with Build owners and stakeholders and post a summary of that exploration
[2] Identify new test cases and summarize your finding in a mail to the stakeholders and build owners
[3] Track and drive inclusion of code and tools needed for test cases in the image
[4] expand test spreadsheet and test plan for image to cover the newly identified tests
[5]ensure that tests are categorized by build owner and stakeholder into release critical and normal tests

Acceptance Criteria:
[1] Exploration of potential test cases was send and discussed with stakeholders
[2] Identified test cases have been documented and aligned with owners and stakeholders through a mail discussion
[3] New tests have been added to the builds, test plan, spread sheet and the daily dashboard.
