Acceptance Criteria:
Linaro fast model environment should work well on local PC;
OpenEmbedded image should can be loaded and run in fast model;
Boot test result should be addressed
OpenEmbedded boot test should be done by Soumya in Calender week 47;
OpenEmbedded boot test should be done by Botao Sun for 12.11 release
