ffmpeg test integrate in BL core-test
Due to a badly saved VFP state in the kernel, the bl core test case "cache coherency" failed only on Android. Now we need to test intensely exercise the VFP while switching. so we have to have separate test case which test VFP, here we have tool to test VFP is "ffmpeg".
