Codec NEON optimisations - possibilities and priorities
Discuss through the possibilities and priorities of the codec optimisation work for Q1.12. Apart from prioritising the codecs to address, their benchmarking activities and testing through LAVA should be planned. Finally the documentation gaps should be identified and planned as well.
Challenge: create a LAVA codecs benchmarking "cookie cutter" case which can be replicated with minimum effort and provide standard results through LAVA infra
