[jesse-barker 2011-06-30] Updated work items to fix syntax issues. Blueprint assignee is default work item assignee. Others need to be launchpad IDs in square brackets prefixing the work item (could not find launchpad IDs for other than rony-nandy and kurt-r-taylor).
