Linux Linaro: Bootstrap of the new tree and work for 12.03
Bootstrap for the new Linux Linaro tree and initial work for the 12.03 cycle.
Goal:
Tree working and integrated with branches from at least one LT.
Work:
- Select at least one LT to be used as a model at the new linux-linaro tree
- Integrate the tracking branches from the selected LT
- Release the linux-linaro tree supporting the branches provided by the LT
Acceptance:
- Working tree with a full set of tracking branches from one LT
- Enablement/
- Kernel released as part of the LEBs for the boards supported for the specific LT

[andrey-konovalov, Mar 29, 2012] Regarding the CI builds work items. Formally these builds exist now, and they can be done for panda, beagle, origen, and vexpress. But 1) this is single ci project with parameters to (manually) select the board to build for, 2) hwpack generated for vexpress is not good, 3) the build result can be passed to LAVA, but LAVA would do just the build test (not even the boot test). So the ci builds are enabled, but can be used just for build tests.
