[andrey-konovalov, 2013-03-26] Unlike the "ordinary" 4430 Panda, Panda ES doesn't boot with the default config fragments set (linaro-baseline + ubuntu-minimal + omap4). Disabling CONFIG_CPU_FREQ makes Panda ES to boot to the prompt.
