- Infrastructure lead and PM to have ownership of milestone with at least 2 cycles created in future.

- Based on input, a decision is made if we want to create a roadmap card or, if trivial enough, a single blueprint.

- Announce it: write up process in wiki, and announce.

  - Stakeholders can get things into the backlog by sending a mail to PM, TL, asac
     - Stakeholders to list acceptance criteria, approval,
     - Generate discussion with stakeholders
   - We will go into planning, look at requirements; use blueprints, or cards
     - BPs are created by infra team leads, PM
     - Schedule a monthly meeting to review this backlog
   - asac, danilo and dzinman will determine the priorities.
       - they will respond with an answer

TIMELINE: End of Month Before connect, have session for connect.

Headline: The process to initiate projects for infrastructure now has been redesigned to use blueprints similar to other Linaro procedures.
Acceptance: Sign off by the infrastructure team leaders.
