Image Licence Analysis

Concerns of various companies about the use of some licenses (GPL-3 in particular) means that they wish to know which licenses make up each of our deliverables. For Ubuntu-based images and hardware packs this is fairly tricky. We wish to have an automated process that identifies the licenses that are part of the images, and can detect changes.
