Work related to working group support of the landing teams.

At LDS, in addition to the explicit session on the relationship between the working group and the landing teams, we discovered a number of items that would involve landing team support, not all of which had a comfortable home in other blueprints. This blueprint will track the work items that serve to make both the working group's and landing teams' lives easier.
