Rebase the entire 12.04 release (with MM acceleration) to Linaro 4.04 release of Android. That includes all the Android components with MM included. This BP also includes moving the build to GCC 4.7 so we are on par with the other Android builds

[anmar - 20120420] - The initial rebase is done. Patrik R. will send his patches to Raghavendra to use if he wishes. Using 4.03 or 4.04 for the audio decoding is not really critical so Raghavendra can start ASAP.
