Why?
We need to bring up VIdeo Playback (MFC and FIMC) hardware acceleration on origen 4412 Board.
Context?
We do this as part of our general platform effort and to showcase board performance.
What gets produced?
Origen 4412 will play video playback with Multimedia acceleration.
