[2012/4/25 vishalbhoj]: tilt is still trying to get tilt-android-3.3 working on panda.The kernel update will be done once that happens.
[2012/4/30 pfefferz] Dropping this from the schedule because the kernel that the TI LT gave us didn't boot and the TI LT didn't respond to support requests.
