Why?
Step towards moving to one manifest for most Linaro Android devices.

Context?
We do this as part of our general platform effort.

What gets produced?
A consolidated manifest for tracking origen and vexpress with kernels and u-boot under <kernel\u-boot>/<vendor>/<device>. The manifest will utilize repo groups to allow syncing only origen or vexpress code.
Modifications to the kernel and u-boot build tasks
Updated build commands to use repo init using groups.
