Modify README solution
Why?
We currently write out the READMEs for all the builds for every build. Infrastructure would like us to write out only the README's that match the build we're using.
Context?
This is part of our platform work.
What gets produced?
Builds with build instructions specific to the build in question.
Where will the work get put?
The changes to the build will be in android.
