Include the pinned-manifest.xml in the Build

This idea came from noff via IRC:

<noff> pfefferz, yes but sometimes you keep images locally or on a local server and you are not sure
<noff> pfefferz, or you find a sdcard that you forgot which is working perfectly and it's annoying to not be able to identify easily from which sources it comes from
<noff> pfefferz, it's a "nice to have" but would be really easy for you to add it in the build system
