Remove target specific branches from 11.12

A couple of target specific branches were created for 11.12 on the 4.0.1 branch that we don't want to carry forward into 4.0.3. We need to remove these. They were created to quickly differentiate Vishal's software gl enablement from hardware assisted gl.
