Make a proposal about Linaro Android Release Cycle and Work Flow
To drive Android Release Cycle & Phases more practical, it would be better to think of the detailed goals and work items. And, we need a proposal about the scope and each phases. The proposal will be discussed by Linaro CTO office hopefully.

[asac Mar 19, 2011]: good idea to have this in a blueprint; there should be a work item to document outcome of discussion; i think HAL scope etc. is not really definable atm. Lets talk on IRC to sort out details. Setting to informational as this is not an engineering blueprint
