Package the patches to build ICS with thr 4.6 toolchain
Linaro can compile ICS with GCC 4.6. These patches have been committed to our gits. To help users more easily use them , we will extract them into discreet patches and create a package that includes a script to install them, instructions on how to get the 4.6 toolchain and compile with it.
