Fix Click-Through Build to LAVA Code

Right now there's a problem passing click through builds to LAVA. We need to fix this interface so that LAVA can test builds again.

[asac, Jan 31, 2012]: this blueprint lacks some love and details. What was done/fixed for this blueprint? This smells like a fall out from one of our platform lead calls we have mondays. However, what we discussed there was fixing click through accept in lava for TI panda builds -> using google binaries. I don't think that happened and basically slipped through. Please be a bit more careful when making blueprints; especially headline and acceptance should pretty much nail down what this blueprint is about.
