Benchmark 11.07 Toolchains

[asac, Jul 11, 2011]: this blueprint should be about gcc benchmarks for android 11.07; we want to benchmark google 4.4.0, linaro 4.5 latest, linaro 4.6 latest
[asac, Jul 11, 2011]: last cycle we had problems with graphite options; check with jserv-- who saw great boosts; doanac did see performance regressions at least. we would like to include those options if they give noticable benefit
[asac, Jul 11, 2011]: last cycle we wanted to also see if it makes a difference if you run a benchmark built with 4.x on a 4.4 vs. 4.5 vs. 4.6 platform build; this cycle we would like to test/explore that more in depth; check with doanac on this one as well.
