Create AOSP Galaxy Nexus Build

Why?
We need an AOSP Galaxy Nexus baseline to compare our Galaxy Nexus builds against. This build would use the compiler that's shipped with AOSP not ours and it wouldn't contain our chnages.

Context?
This is part of the larger ARM benchmarking effort.

What gets produced?
A baseline for Galaxy Nexus that is compiled with AOSP's toolchain and doesn't contain any of our changes.
