I tried with latest two prcmu binaries:

PRCMU firmware: U9500, version 2.6
PRCMU firmware: U8500, version 3.5.2

With both, its same behavior while doing soft reset.

Checking with USB team about "ab8500_usb_phy_disable", "adb_release" and "clk_disable".
Solving this should ensure the graceful reset.
