Add Build Usage Content to android-build Output Page

[pfalcon 2011-11-08] "Decide on default description for newly created jobs" becomes part of https://blueprints.launchpad.net/linaro-android-infrastructure/+spec/linaro-android-crosslink-frontend-and-jenkins , so closing this as Implemented in previous milestone.

I'd like to see requirements to be formulated in more general way, and taking into account existing implementation means. For example, Jenkins allows to set description for a build job, e.g. https://android-build.linaro.org/jenkins/job/linaro-android_panda/ , so the means to implement this might be: "After creating new build config, user may login to Jenkins and edit job's description". Then, we need to think out exact place on frontend page where this description will be shown. Also, I had an older idea to set description by default to have a link to job's frontend page, so it was easy to navigate from Jenkins to frontend.

I appreciate the idea, but I'd like to suggest we get something basic done that people can use ASAP. I think your idea is good, but perhaps spawning another BP, something like, "Add _Expanded_ Build Usage Content to android-build Output Page."
