ability to insert timestap which also be a link linkable from other diary enteries and navbar

There should be ability to insert timestamps which will turn in links. these links will be vissible as well as captures issues and notes in the lifeographs navbar(whitch should be also sortable by the timestamps). there should be a setting which will allow users to hide timestamps in the navbar and other one to hide the timestamps in the text of the text of the articles.
