More C1 Strings in the Parser

We should recognise more C1 strings - namely, APC, PM and SOS.
Of these, APC and PM appear to be very similar to DCS, but SOS is somewhat different - it can apparently contain any bytes including C0/C1 controls, up until ST.
I'm as yet unsure whether they should have prefix parsing similar to the one we have for DCS.
