Rather than existing as a standalone library, the terminal key reading code in libtermkey should be moved entirely into libtickit's term drivers

Would be somewhat easier to migrate the code if we didn't have to deal with mutable state in the middle. Functions like "tickit_
Will be easier once the libtickit 0.4 move to TickitTermBuilder and TickitBuilder are finished, then the "set" functions can be removed.
