Remove m_ prefix from Fortran module names

In order to advertise PSML and fully claim the psml_* namespace, we could remove the m_ prefix from the Fortran module names without losing any information (when you write 'use bla', you know that 'bla' is a Fortran module). Source files can of course keep their original names.
