Null Convert
From DRC's comments on this android extension, we need to convert to the common case (as in more than just ARM) and justify the need for it's cleverness.

Justification of feature has been communicated and accepted upstream. Android specific extensions to the ABI are included, new testcases are included, existing testcases are extended, and runs faster than the Android version.
