DBusMenu creation support

Original libindicate supports creation of the DbusMenu for the IndicateServer. However, I've found no way to create it, using the libindicate-qt — it's mentioned in NEWS as supported, but as I've found, one can only get already existing menu, and cannot create his own.
It'll be great feature, since applications only with simple indicators are quite dumb.
