triggers

triggers will change the way LCDSpicer acts, every input plugin can expose some triggers (or not), that increase the options on LCDSpicer.
example 1: show X screen if Y program is launched, that trigger can be provided by plugin-system
example 2: show X screen if plugin's audacious change Y value (for example the song title)
