Linaro Validation frontpage improvements for 2011.10 cycle

Registered by Fathi Boudra

In order to bring the Validation Dashboard user experience one step forward, the Validation Team will focus on a nice and comprehensive interface.

The validation.linaro.org front page should give:
 * an interesting overview of the most important tests being run.
 * a detailed report sections for kernel continuous integration (CI).
 * a detailed report sections for Platform images.
 * a view of kernel continuous integration (CI) summary.
 * a view of image boot status summary.
 * a view of lab health.
 * a view of scheduler information.

Note: the frame should be removed and the progress bar (caused by live query) should be avoided if possible.

Whiteboard

[asac, 2011-10-11] kill front page; make lava-server page homepage; add a first set (low work this month) of reports on that page; use linaro CSS for everything in /lava-server
[zkrynicki, 2011-10-12] just using css will not cut it, we need to rewrite all of the templates to make it sensible, I'd like to postpone that task for now]
[fboudra, 2011-10-19] Headline/Acceptance is missing.
[fboudra, 2011-10-25] move the lava-server look-and-feel work to a separate blueprint: use-linaro-css-for-validation-website
