Convert vexpress-tc2-01 to IKS
Our last TC2 board in the lab currently supports MP images. IKS is currently a higher priority, so we should convert the firmware for this board over to IKS.

This just came up doing our platform leads meeting.
[dpigott: 12/12/12] Now we have TC2 02 back also adding that to the list
[dpigott: 12/12/12] Might be blocked. Looks like serial console on latest image has the occasional dropped character. Ryan Harkin is aware and filing a bug against the firmware, and looking to see if he can fix
[dpigott: 12/12/12] The corruption problem is very slight, and only manifests rarely. The work involving LAVA is complete, and so I'm marking as complete. We will update the firmware when Ryan has fixed it.
