[danilo, 2013-03-27] Moving to next month, setting as high as per postmortem. Still blocked on two things: getting fastboot over serial working, and actually getting the boards delivered from Hong Kong.

[fboudra, 2013-02-05] boards aren't arrived in the lab yet, hence set implementation to blocked.
[tyler-baker, 2013-03-06] Validation team has received boards. This is still blocked, as the hardware delivered requires power button to be pressed to boot. Li Xin to discuss with Huawei internal Hardware guy about workaround.
[tyler-baker, 2013-04-16] The boards did not show up on the first crate from LCA13, instead are stuck in customs. Hoping to get them delivered by end of this week.
