Create scripts to control the ports on cyclades in the lab
Moving away from conmux requires that we periodically have to reset the serial port on the cyclades console servers. There are currently two variants and we need to create automated scripts that can be instantiated by LAVA when a port freezes

[doanac, 2012-06-19] Dave - you may want to change the meta to not imply that all conmux will be gone. I thought you were just doing a single rack?
[davepigott, 2012-06-20] We only have two racks, but in fact the snowballs may be a little harder. I haven't been able to get the serial port working, so we're still using USB serial and conmux.
