Wait for homescreen in lava-test-shell
For android images we need to have a support inbuilt in lava-test-shell in order to wait for homescreen, so that only when the UI is up the tests are executed for certain tests that require the UI.

[2012-03-28, stylesen] This was implemented by modifying disablesuspend.sh in the android images to include wait_for_homescreen by liuyq In cases where we just want to suspend and do not want to wait for homescreen, we can pass '--no-wait' switch to the disablesuspend.sh script. With this, the BP stands implemented.
