Status: Superseded by lava-scheduler project.
[fboudra, 2011-10-27] Move into the backlog. It needs a new blueprint that will supersed this one.
[doanac, 2012-11-06] moving out of backlog, the missing work will likely fall under the new dashboard-ci work being done with the infrastructure team.
