Extend LAVA Dispatcher to:

* Aggregate the test results produced by multiple computing device under test

An example use case of this might be:

* A user schedules tests to run on different devices, the results from all the devices under test would be aggregated in a single test result bundle.

To meet the description in the card this is best done via an extension to the json format when submitting a job (e.g. by adding an "aggregate" field with a value which matches other jobs) rather than via a web interface in the bundle_streams after the results have been generated.
