Support Android in Lava
As an android tester, I want to run use lava with android images so that I can deploy android, run tests, and submit results
This is about catching up android support to get basic functionality. Just enough to deploy and boot android images (work previously done by Jeremy Chang), catch up with features we've added to help reporting, and get it runnable in the lab so that we can start producing test results on daily tests.
