Interactive boot loader support

Allow the user to configure the boot loader interactively.

However, the boot commands still live in the device configuration which is impossible to change during a test. I suggest we move the boot commands such that they can be driven by the job file. This will allow a user to configure the device on the fly.
This implementation will have a send/expect type structure to allow a command to be sent to the bootloader and a parse for an expected response.
