About the screen capture tool, there are two types: the ddmms one and the binary command one (screencap)
The ddms one is executed outside the android, and the screencap one is executed on android, but not exist on our linaro-android images. The screencap's source path is frameworks/
This time use the screencap command line to capture screen.
And the source is in lp:~liuyq0307/+junk/lavatools-src, It's better to add merge to lianro-android.
